Voxtop instant messaging client is provided to all users of VoxHub for messaging amongst their team and to other messaging networks such as Google, AOL, MSN and Yahoo. If you already use Instant messaging then you can use Voxtop.
Messaging can be used to great effect when combined with the telephone. Voxtop displays when a user is on the phone, therefore it is possible to message that person when you have a call waiting for them, 'I have Roger for you, shall I get him to hold or take a message'.
Messages can be sent to offline users and they will receive them when they next logon, 'Please call Simon Templar on 0207xxxxxx when you can.'
Users get a pre-populated company contact list, plus they can easily use Voxtop to combine contact lists from MSN and other services, meaning only one client for all messaging.
