Phones and Equipment
Phones are supplied for named inidividuals, preconfigured with extension information and personalised for the user. All other equipment such as routers is preconfigured before leaving our warehouse. Sccessories such as headsets are supplied as part of the solution should you require.
Dedicated Connectivity
We provide dedicated connectivity for your offices directly onto the Voxhub network. This gives you the highest quality of service and means we can take full end to end responsibility for the solution.
A full range of connectivity from 3 to 100s of concurrent calls is available.
Full Telecoms Package
VoxHub includes a choice of international, UK geographic and non-geographic telephone numbers plus we can port your existing numbers from NTL, BT and other VoIP providers.
Calls are charged based on our low call rates. Calls on our network are free between your phones. SIP calling to other networks is free.
Ongoing Customer Service
Whether you want another phone, are moving office or just want some advice on how best to use our service our customer services team is there to help. We also provide a full set of customer services that includes 24 hour monitoring, operator services via 100 and end user support.
