Customers have the choice of using our VoxTop softphone or softphones like these from Counterpath.
A special version of Bria can also run as a plugin for Microsoft Outlook. This enables the softphone to be tightly integrated within Outlook and to have access to the contacts to simply click and place a call.
The general opinion regarding software phones are that they are not a cheap alternative to a dedicated hardware phone but that they are an indispensible tool for flexible working.
