The panel provides administrator features as well as features for individual users to control how they receive their calls. VoxTop desktop messaging client is provided to all users of VoxHub. It displays other online users from your company and their phone status. VoxTop has the option of a built-in softphone that is ideal for adhoc home working or when you are working on the move.
TAPI is a standard driver mechanism that allows compatible applications to interact with the VoxHub service from your desktop. Any TAPI compliant software will be able to work with VoxHub, such as Microsoft Outlook, Sage Act!, Goldmine and many CRM systems.
