TAPI is a standard driver mechanism that allows compatible applications to interact with the VoxHub service from your desktop. Any TAPI compliant software will be able to work with VoxHub, such as Microsoft Outlook, Sage Act!, Goldmine and many CRM systems.
The features available through TAPI depend on the application you are using.

Some applications provide a rich set of features including click to call, screen pops, contact logging, call logging and even hold and transfer mechanisms.
Since TAPI is an open standard, it is possible for you to create custom applications that link to VoxHub. Customers have used TAPI to link directly into their own bespoke sales applications.
