The centrepiece of the VoxHub service is the Coordinator panel. Unique to VoxHub this allows you to control, coordinate and set-up your VoxHub service using a web browser. The panel provides administrator features as well as features for individual users to control how they receive their calls.
Our team set-up everything for you when you first get VoxHub. However, once up and running you can tweak and change settings whenever you want.
Multi User Controls
There are two roles of user for the VoxHub Coordinator.
Individual Users
Manage their personal extension
Choose how they want to receive calls.
Forward calls to mobiles or other extensions.
Control Voicemail.
Admin Users
Manage all users on the service
Change dialplan rules for all extensions
Manage phones including outbound caller ids
Complete control of service
Example: Coordinator lets you set-up extensions and define rules on how you want to process the call. Rules are executed sequentially and can be different for each extension you create.
