"VoxHub Direct Connection" or VDC for short is dedicated connectivity for our VoxHub service. These link your office via a direct connection onto our network, are fully supported by us and are fine tuned to better support telephone calls. Calls placed over our VDC connections do not travel over the public Internet.

Our standard connections are for 3, 6, 10 and 16 concurrent calls at full quality which will satisfy the majority of small to medium sized offices. Compression can optionally be used to acheive a higher number of concurrent calls with a sacrifice on call quality.
VoxHub Direct Connections are the equivalent to traditional line rentals except that you will need less lines and this will correspond to an overall saving.
